No Shows and Balances
No-show fees and balances on your account may be paid on-line safely and securely via PayPal. Co-pays must be paid in person at the time of appointment. Co-pays are collected prior to your session.

Fee Schedule, Billing and Additional Insurance Information
45 - 50 minute Individual Session $125.00
50 - 60 minute Couple/Family Session $140.00
Initial Diagnostic Interview/Clinical Interview-Mental Status $180.00
***Fees are based on a 45-50 minute session; For longer sessions, the prorated amount will be added for each 15 minute increment beyond the basic session time.
Telephone Consultations: No Charge for the first 10 minutes. Beyond 10 minutes; 125/hour prorated for each 15 minutes. Telephone consultations cannot be billed to an insurance company.
Payments may be made via cash, personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

If you have other insurance with "out-of-network benefits", I will provide a statement that you can use for reimbursement. Insurance companies often reimburse 40% - 80% of my fee, after a yearly deductible is met, with a limit of sessions per calendar year. Check with your provider about your coverage.

CANCELED APPOINTMENTS: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be billed a $50.00 No-Show fee for the missed session. Please be aware that the $50.00 No-Show fee applies to initial intake appointments as well continuing psychotherapy sessions. You may leave a message at (512) 704-8349 24 hours a day, 7 days a week notifying me of your intent to cancel. You may also notify me via email at psychologist@drronnetteballard.com 24 hours in advance of the appointment you intend to cancel. Missed sessions cannot be billed to insurance and as such, you are fully responsible for payment of the No-Show fee. The $50.00 No-Show fee must be paid before any future sessions are scheduled.
EMERGENCIES: For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately. For other issues requiring immediate attention, you may call the 24 hour health hotline at (512) 472-4357. If you are working with Dr.Ballard, please notify her as soon as possible following your incident.
